Hi All, am new here so this is my first topic so here goes, am looking for a romance manga doesn't have to be the main genre/plot, subtle romance is all good or atleast there. But want I do want is a main character almost dies/dies for his lover/female interest due to protecting her or something along those lines.

Something similar to this situation would be Kurohime at the boat scene.

ehmm a few things you might wanna read are Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai , Eternal Sabbath And Dawn Tsumetai Te Kimi ni shika kikoenai is a romance one i recommend you read the one from Kiyohara Hiro
and hte other 2 include both romance and action hope this helped yah out 😎

Wow I just spent 5 minutes thinking, came up with Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai and then zktn beat me to it, damn haha. The romance there is VERY subtle though if it exists at all (up to your interpretation).

The description for Eternal Sabbath sounds interesting so will give that a go but before that I'll read the shorter one Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai.

After thinking for a while i came up with a few other ones (them being : JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 1 , I''s , Kagami no Kuni no Harisugawa & Psyren thats all i can think of...) if i think of any more i'll post them ;] Aniways have fun with em 😀
