Mizu no Iro Gin no Tsuki was written before Natsu no Zenjitsu, but the story is what happens after Natsu no Zenjitsu's end, where the Protaganist gets with thr girl he wants.

Umm are you sure? I read the synopsis for that one and it doesn't sound like it's a sequel at all.
This is my Sig ..............................................................
Mizu no Iro Gin no Tsuki is a sequel for 2/3 of the characters as i have read both volumes before i even finished Natsu no Zenjitsu. I linked the manga together and touched up the summaries for a reason.
I also read EU/US comics and am a librarian.

In my opinion the 'sequel' was pretty boring and average. It's pretty interesting though to read a sequel that's written years earlier, yet it manages to feel like it was always meant to be a sequel and not the main story (because of how the characters are introduced as if you're expected to know them). But that's also why it's not very interesting. I thought it was pretty average and there really was not much point to it.
Should the author have gone with an original story instead of relying on her universe and attachment to old characters from a beginner manga she wrote? I have no idea, but it does frustrate me to know what the sequel was like and I feel like the conclusion of Natsu no Zenjitsu was very forced to be the way it is because of its sequel (which, by the way, only manages to follow up the story of those protagonists with an incredibly weak romance).
