if you can chage the story... who will you want Prince Ludwig to end up with?? if i could possibly change the story i want her to be with Erike... i know its kindda unreaonabla and impossible and all... but i want her to live and be with him!!! and so his journey shall end...peacefully...

I want him to be with Idike too (the sleeping beauty) They're just meant to be, and she's the only one that Ludwig ever love >< It's just so sad that they can't get together after all 😔

Yes...I'm on the same boat with you all..
I REALLY REALLY want Ludwig to end up with Idike. I'm so glad that Kaori Yuki included her in the ending picture with her having "wings" and positioned close to Ludwig.
Aschen would be interesting too! But she fits well with that reptile-loving prince.
I hope this manga will be licensed cuz I want this manga to be in my collection sooo BADLY!!

I totally agree with all of you. Idike and Lui are meant for each other. I reeeaaally wanted them to be together even though that was impossible in the manga. If you ask me it was pretty nice of Kaori Yuki-sensei to make it so that Lui doesn't end up with anyone in particular... besides the prefered ending of course. This way is for fanfics galore!!
I don't think she'll do a sequel tho... doesn't seem her thing...

Idike and Ludwig would have made a nice couple, but I didn't want it to turn out that way. The real relationship added depth to the plot and to Ludwig's character. The story wouldn't feel "Kaori Yuki" without the bitter-sweet.
So I'm a LudwigxDorothea fan. They make a good couple in a twisted sort of way.
I think Kaori Yuki mentioned doing a sequel someday, that she would like to continue the story, but I don't think it will be anytime soon cries

She did say that she wanted to draw more adventures [but she stopped because she was giving birth to her son.]
