I read this long ago and I really want to read it again but I can't remember the name.

It's about this university student that gets shanghaied into helping a scruffy professor with cooking and cleaning. The professor has a kid that loved anpanman and the student eventually moves in and becomes the professors "wife". At the end, he is also officially adopted as a way of getting married.
