It's a yaoi manga, and I'm sure it has supernatural/fantasy elements. I read it a few years ago so I can't remember much, but the only thing I do remember about it is that the seme made his XXX longer or different..in the shapeshifting kinda way...eh...

The manga is yaoi (ofc) and it's going on in india..or something like that, there was a japanese boy, and I think he got arrested when he tried to return something to the palace. and he is stripped of his passport and forced to join the harem. I think that's about it..or I just blended two different mangas xD
