Do you guys like the coutry you live?

I mean, it´s hard to know every aspect of, but every country has it´s own peculiarities

For exemple, Brazil, my country, has many good things, like openhearted people, good job oportunities, a lot of natural beauties and so...

But it also sucks in other things, like, it´s safety is terrible, imported goods are far more expensive than in most parts of the world (we have the most expensive iPod), and it´s politicians are almost as bad as italian ones (no ofense, italians XD)

In general, I would say I like it, but if I had the chance, I would´t mind moving to Japan for some years (maybe even for life)

What about you guys?

I was born and lived for 13 years in Japan , but now I live in Brazil , so I think I'm Brazilian now . 😀
And yes , I love my country . Even if the politicians sucks 😐

I like the freedom of speech we have.... But what i don't like is the politics and school system. it's horrible. The school i go to now is supposed to be one of the best in our area(which is a really nice place to live)but there are leaks in the ceiling and the textbooks are shit and so are the teachers. Everything is outdated and the food they serve us i wouldnt even feed to a hamster.

so i guess i like it but theres not enough good in it to love it.

I'm blessed for the opportunities America brings, but no, I do not love America.

numerous great opportunities but only if ur a citizen(blah). lol the U.S. is cool but it's really not as great as ppl make it sound, especially not right now. so no, i do not love my country but it's okay for now. nd for some reason it seems like we like to be in war, we always get involved even though it was none of our business to begin with. >.<

"Do you love your country?"
It's like asking if I love my little brothers...
Sure I love them but that doesn't mean that I will take shiet from them.
If someone is picking on them I'm the 1st to defend them
but also the 1st to make fun of them when I can.
If they are in need of comfort they can count on me,
but if they need to be bailed out of trouble/jail... wait a couple of days THEN I'll bail them out. 🤣
If they're in the wrong I'll back them up... then chew them a new asshole for being idiots. >:-(

"DO I LOVE MY COUNTRY?"
YES but NOT unconditionally 😛

The constitution?
That's what gives people where I live the right to freely express an OPINION!
An opinion, I might add, for which I have plenty of arguments to support it.
I could do the same for plenty of other middle eastern, african, asian, european or american countries.
Pakistan was just the first to come to mind. Plus, I like how it sounds, pakistan.

I neither love nor hate my country, but I never understood people feeling "national pride" or something. I'm not quite proud of being human, so how could I be proud of my country?
I don't care where I am, as long as there are shopping facilities, running water, a good public transport network and respect for human rights. Don't get me wrong: I'm thankful for the comfortable life I'm living, but I can't really say I love my country.
