Been thinking about this manga for years. As far as I can remember: the lead wants a boyfriend, goes through multiple guys one at a time, all while another guy (who ends up being the true love interest in the end) is helping her. I remember one of the last guys was her childhood friend who was by far the most healthy and nice, but she breaks up with him anyway.
I must've read this around 2017 but I'm sure it's even older than that, since it was already completed and fully translated at the time.
