Yeah, I'm looking for a manga that is similar to Little Butterfly in ways like art, tone and overall sweetness of the romance. Anyone have any good suggestions?

I haven't read Little Butterfly, but the synopsis kind of reminded me of another manga which I saw the description of today; G Senjou no Neko. I've not read this, but it does look right; in both the art and story departments.

Doukyuusei (NAKAMURA Asumiko), Seven Days, Sono Yubi Dake ga Shitteiru, and Tenki Yohou no Koibito all have a similar sweetness to Little Butterfly imo.

I definitely second G Senjou no Neko and Sono Yubi Dake ga Shitteiru. I adore both of those series.

You should also check out Dear Myself (deals with amnesia) and Toumei Shounen (home neglect).
