Can someone explain to me exactly what this is or why this is included in the scanlator groups?
I might be a little ignorant on the matter of who made this or whatever. To my knowledge, it looks 100% exactly like The Company's Naver reader. Are they just hosting it for their own benefit or is this the official page for it? I feel like if they are not official in any way, it's beyond me why it would be included on the releases as these are all English releases by Naver themselves and is potentially denying them ad revenue.

Well, LINE Webtoon is the official reader for Navers stuff. I think it's safe to say it's listed for the exact same reason as Crunchyroll.
