There was this manga about a detective i think, and a thief who's really good at dressing as other people. Nobody knows what the thief's actual name or face, except for that one detective. Then some hardcore yaoi stuff happens.
And I remember the thief would always say which place he's gonna steal, so the police would always guard there, but the thief would always get away with it.
