Hi, I'm looking for a manga about two guys who met at a bar. One had glasses and the other came from a rich family. What I remember is that the rich guy can't fully commit to their relationship because of his family status so the guy in glasses ties him up (says he won't lose like a girl they were talking about, the girl faked she was pregnant to get out of marriage) until the rich guy is honest with his feelings ("Please wait for me till I get my life sorted out.")
Like the first extra pages of the manga was like: Glasses Guy: "We're going to have a party." And the rich guys sends over a ton of food.
The extra was that the glasses guy bought the rich guy a (potted plant?) so the rich guy had to redo the interior of his home to match the style of the (potted plant).
