Maybe Houkago no Love Call and the ongoing Yozora no Sumikko de, may be worth a look, even if the latter one focuses more one the relationship between Senpai and Kouhai ... ^^
The Kouhai has become a teacher at a school, which is also visited by the son of his Senpai, so after years they meet again by chance.
