I barely remember it but I read it when I was a little younger around 2-3 years ago maybe. To the story line, it was a shoujo, school life kind of thing. The guy dressed as a girl, he was very popular with boys and girls and smart too. The girl was always jealous or something the way her boyfriends would turn to him instead because he was beautiful as a girl. It later comes to light that the guy has feelings for her, and he only stole all her boyfriends etc because he was jealous. He wanted her to turn to him. Also, I think they were childhood friends, step siblings or something along those lines I can't quite remember. I know it's not much to go by, but I'd appreciate any suggestions. 😕

Reminds me a lot of Kimi no Neiro.
