It's about two boys, who are best friends. At the beginning ceremony one of them feels sick so they can't attend the ceremony and the special "custom" afterward : The students write their wishes on a piece of paper, fold that paper into an airplane and throw that paperplane from the roof of the school. So the other guy(who didn't get sick) decides to become school council member so he and his friend can participate next year. In the process, he does manage to become a council member and also starts dating a girl from the council, while the boy who got sick find out he is actually in love with his best friend.

I think that's enough details. I don't wanna spoil the ending for those who have not read it yet.

Btw, it's rather shounen-ai-ish than yaoi.
