It's obvious Sakura is just trying to get close to Sasuke to try to kill him. And that part with Naruto under the sleeping bag made me chuckle. It's highly likely Naruto might cross paths with Sasuke or just maybe Kakashi and Sai. Then again Naruto might only arrive in time to see Sasuke and Sakura leave only to meet up with Karin, and hopefully get either information out of her or get her to defect to Naruto's side, not Konoha's, Naruto's which is a big difference and I don't mean in this in any romantic sense or whatever.

And it seems like Madara is collecting eyes as well, maybe he actually got the elders to spark the Uchiha massacre through Itachi only to become more powerful in order to restart the Uchiha clan once more. Don't forget people Sasuke and Madara are keeping checks on each other, Sasuke isn't just following Madara, I mean, he can't be that dense.

Edit: Oh wait, Sasuke did mention a few times that his goal besides revenge is to restore his clan. But Madara was also part of the reason Uchiha got massacred (if not the mastermind to it all). Itachi told Sasuke that Madara helped him kill the clan and Madara never did hide his anger toward the Uchiha for abandoning him. I guess the revenge won't be complete until Sasuke kills Madara too...

Sorry everyone, but Sakura's serious. This isn't the first time she offered to leave the village to be with him (remember Orochimaru). Unlike then, Sasuke could use a healer now and probably will use and abuse her like he does everyone else. I really wish someone would just kill Sakura though...

I think he fainted because he had the mindblowing realization that 'hey, maybe I can't save Sasuke and now I have to kill him.' Maybe it's not that realization, but I do think his fainting marks some type of change in Naruto's way of thinking. So it's more symbolic and doesn't quite pertain to his health.
