I read this yaoi manga awhile back and now I can't remember the title -.-

All I can remember about it was that at the end one of the characters died and I think it was snowing. I think it might have showed a part of the ending in the first chapter where the dieing guy was remembering what happened. I think the guy was finally going to confess to the other guy or they just finally got together or something and then he died.

Sorry I can't remember anything else. It was over a year ago that I read it. If someone knows the title please tell me. ^^
