I was reading this nearly a year ago but forgot to bookmark it and details are a little fuzzy because I was reading a lot of manga and webtoons at the time.

I think it might have been an isekai or a historical/fantasy setting since I read so many but chances are it was not. Elements that I can recall is that it has the tendency to subvert almost every cliche in the shoujo romance genre.

Like early on at one point another woman tried to masqueraded as the FL to trick the ML (that I think hadn't met her yet), you'd think that the ML would fall for the trick but he sees right through the woman to go to FL. When there's a misunderstanding between the two (again conditioned by other stories artificially stretching a plot you'd think it'd drag on) they actually communicate and clear it up almost instantly. The FL has a secret that she's keeping from the ML, again you'd think the story would drag this on and it might become something she's blackmailed with but instead she confesses to this secret on her own rather quickly.

Sorry I can't give any more details but any possible guesses would help.
