I've had this pic on my computer for a year now. I used to know what it was but now I don't (I could say my memory is failing because I'm getting old, but I'm only 20 so I have no excuse). Does anyone know what manga/anime it's from (if it even is from something)?

Don't say that... some have. There are three ways: muscles, fat, or silicon.... If it has to be one of these three options, i think the muscles are best, like on the pic 😃
