I'm looking for a manga I read a couple of years ago. I can't find it to save my life. 😢

It was either yaoi or shounen ai, as it was not explicit at all, and it had supernatural elements. It was really short, it had four stories in total, a chapter or two for each. The first one was about a dragon who fell in love with the boy who was supposed to be an offering to him, the second was about a highschooler who realised he was in love with the snake he grew up with, the third was about a songbird who got saved by a hunter and the fourth one was about a nomad and his horse adopting an orphan boy. Overall, it was really cute.

I can't remember the title or author at all and it frustrates me so much. I won't be able to sleep tonight if I don't figure it out now.
