What would happen if an omega tops an alpha or a beta? Has this ever happened in manga? Which manga?
But the main concern here is what would happen if an omega is the seme...? 😐

There is one, Boku no High Spec Kareshi-sama by Yotsuashi. The omega tops the alpha in this manga.
