Just finished reading Gantz's latest chapter (269) and honestly i feel like i may as well be blind, since I can't make out anything that's happening. I do like the artwork and storyline, but too many shades of black make me go WTF is happening!?

Any other manga's in this category?

yea i couldn't make much out this chapter....

but as far as other manga go....i guess I'd have to go with Island, for the first two vols anyway, the art is great...but i could hardly make anything out...

Yay for adding a shoujo: Vampire Knight. WTF? My friends and I always end up having a meeting once a new chapter comes out to try and figure what's happening with the plot and what the pictures are supposed to be because they all end up blending into each other, being all dark to get the "moody" look. It's so annoying!!!

Definitely FLCL. And for a while, until I figured out what was happenning, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle.

Maybe if you read every chapter only when it's out, and not looking into the previous one. Now that- can be confusing...

to add my 2 cents regarding shoujo, I agree on Vampire Knight. Hitting the discussion boards is a must to make sense of each chapter. Also Nana because of all the flashback and flashfowards and characters with same name.

Worlds. I hardly could tell what was going on half the time. I'd help if the scanalators themselves didn't make the shading quite so dark.

It wasn't that bad some of the time.. but most of the time it was bad.

He didn't mean Gantz as a whole, he just meant that some of the fights are blurry like the most recent one in Gantz. You couldn't see what was happening.

Really? I loved that manga. Generally, assume that the main characters are anticipating trouble or are in it and trying to find a way out.
