What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I found some manga title, but I can't read it in Japanese. If I try to Google translate it, it will turn the titles into English. If anybody can read Japanese, please kindly tell me the title that I will show you. I'll immediately entering it as new series

Google translate should also give you the romanji version (I'm assuming the original title you have is in kanji right?) of the translation, you can then use that to search for more info.

Yes, I also only got the magazine serialization in the results for that one.

This new one is "Saikyou Akuyaku Sister Hijiri" by Miyamatsu Kaoru.

And no information in what edition it starts and end.
Thanks, I'll inform you again if there is new title. Some of the title I found is in yahoo auction website, there is cover picture and scenes but have no information about titles.
