Judging by a single closest example to Naruto I have - which is Bleach I was wondering if the author will end the manga after the upcoming finale.
What do you think?

I honestly hope it ends by the time he becomes Hokage. Honestly, anything after that would be more of a slice of life thing then rather than a shounen. I don't think I would really care what happens after that.

Naruto will never end. Not until another manga of such epic greatness comes along that everyone forgets its existence.

i hope it ends the build up to this ark had been huge and once he wins which of cause he will there will be no stronger enemy to fight (asuming saske end up fighting him in this ark) so they would have to introduce an new character who convieniently was absent during the entire rest of the series.

I think after the Fourth Ninja war there will be the final showdown between Naruto and Sasuke, and then maybe an epilogue with naruto being the hokage and the next generation.
Kishimoto wrote a oneshot in 2010, so most likely he is anticipating a new series and naruto soon to be ended.

I believe it's because he could not get Jiraya's body as Kabuto needs a part of their body for the jutsu. Same with the fourth and third Hokages.

That said I want to reel everybody back to the beginning of Naruto. After finding out the limitations of Kabuto's jutsu who was in the third coffin during Orochimaru's invasion of the Hidden Leaf? it couldn't be the fourth because he sealed his soul away.

Personally I would like to see Naruto end with a battle between Naruto and Sasuke against Madara and then either have Sasuke die in a redeeming way saving Naruto in a way that allows him to beat Madara. Of course somewhere in their Orochimaru has to come back becasue i don;t believe he is dead.

Or another arc in which Naruto becomes Hokage and Sasuke trying to take revenge and it culminating in a battle between the two that ends in Sasuke dying.

Although I sincerely hope that Naruto will end after the Ninja War arc, I kinda doubt that will be the case. The Ninja War is (in my opinion) the epic climax of the whole series and if Kishimoto just continues past this point, it will just drag the whole series down. It will be better if he closes up with a big finale, give a final time skip to see who ends up with who, etc2 and start a fresh new series. I'd be sad to see the end of Naruto but I will be even sadder to see its downfall just because it just won't end. I just hope Naruto won't end up like Bleach. A big disappointment, I have to say.
