Just remembered a really odd one: melted cheese with peanuts...such a shame it was hard to clean off the cheese once it got dry 🤢 . Maaan I wish I had one more pot to spare ;_;

When I first immigrated to the USA as a child, I thought the peanut butter and jelly combination sounded gross. It took some time for me to be brave enough to try it.

Now, I like PB&J sandwiches.

kare with chocolate and coffee, but that is pretty common i guess. I don´t like the salty/sweet combination so i don´t mix them (except for sweet potatoes/sweet corn in stew). Learned pretty much reading this thread 😀

mmmm. coffee with cereal. I'll have to give that a shot. I had orange juice with cereal this morning and liked it.

Roasted boar meat with cranberry jem, roasted deer meat with lingonberry jem...

The Monte Cristo - A sandwhich that has swiss cheese, turkey, and ham. It is battered then fried and topped with powder sugar and berry jam.
At first it sound gross to me but I tried it and liked it a lot.

There is this festival I go to that sells avocado ice cream. I have yet to try it but it sounds strange to me.

Speaking of ice cream I wonder if there actually is a salty and sweet ice cream. Ever since kh2 I have been wondering. So if someone knows please tell me because I want to try it. Ha!

Is that weird? It's one of my favorites~

Maybe it isn't really weird but it's not very common in most places (very popular at the festival though). It seems strange because of the foods avocados usually go with aren't sweet. I'll have to try it when I go to the festival this year.
