Well he has godlike powers now but i wouldn´t call that a plus to the story.
4 more weeks and then the spinoff gaits will open.

Only Naruto and Sasuke were the only ones in their class that didn't make it to Chuunin. Naruto went on a training journey with Jiraya while Sasuke joined Orochimaru. He's a Genin who is now way too strong to take the Chuunin exam.

they both are.... not just naruto. No way they could do a Chuunin exam and it be fair to the other Chuunins. Guess that's what happens when you get trained by one of the Legendary Sannin and meet the Sage of Six Paths

No, Sakura made chuunin during the timeskip, dunno how since they never elaborated on it. Naruto was the only one from that age group that did not make it. Though his strength doesn't matter when taking the exam, it is mostly an exam about if he is qualified to lead a squadron of ninjas, like when Shikamaru advanced despite giving up, of course winning it is also an option, not sure if it is guaranteed and obviously strength has some merits to being selected.

ops read Sasuke as Sakura, my bad.

Naruto and Sasuke are the only genin from that group. Sasuke no longer mattered because he completely abandoned the village and never showed up even once during that time span Naruto was with Jiraya. It wasn't directly stated but implied Sasuke is still a genin.

Well yea, he abandoned the village so that basically rules him out from that age group of Konoha ninjas, but yea he is a genin since there is basically no way for him to advance as he is not a part of any village.

Nope he didn't...

There is a Naruto Shippuden OVA(10+ minutes) on the final battle against Konohamaru Sarutobi on Chunin exam...
Even though he beaten the shit out of Konohamaru, he got disqualified when he Activated the Sage Mood as he was restricted, not to use it on the battle...but, what ? It's The Baka Naruto We're Talking About...
So, In The End Konohamaru won and became Chunin...

Now I wonder, how will Naruto or. Sasuke gonna become Hokage, when they're not Junín, not even Chunin...are they gonna break the code, just for them...only Kishi may know^^

<imagination>
-Naruto tries to take the Chuunin exam again
-Gets told "This time around, we really do want you to do the written test successfully, you can't just pass with a blank sheet"
-Rules say "if you get thrown out of the testing area, you fail"

-Naruto gets caught
-His response to people attempting to throw him out is beating the crap out of all of them
-Naruto passes by technicality (not getting [successfully] thrown out), *again*, after just walking over and blatantly copying someone else

Sasuke is a chuunin though, before Genma (the proctor for the exams) sent him off to fight Gaara, he told him that he was qualified to be a chuunin (http://www.mangareader.net/93-120-16/naruto/chapter-115.html) .

And in the OVA, Kakashi said the same to Naruto - because you don't need to win the fight to become a chuunin, you just need to display chuunin qualities.

Being qualified is not the same as being one, just because someone says so doesn't make him/her automatically become one, he/she has to go through proper procedure or be an exception sanctioned by the village or the Hokage. Also Shikamaru became a chuunin without winning his fight due to showing off his intelligence during his fight with Temari which held mostly what they want from a chuunin, strength is just a bonus which is not an issue because you should not be able to pass the exam without a certain level of skill.

True, but at least in Sasuke's case they were in the middle of a war, so it would make sense for his promotion to have just been given by a jounin without any officiation beyond that.

I don't quite get what you mean about how strength isn't enough for Naruto to have, Kakashi tells Naruto that he has far surpassed him in "skills", he isn't just referring to his strength.

Well even if he had that right, which I doubt, it does not matter, all the ranks are given to ninjas belonging to certain villages, the moment he left it ceased to matter because he would probably be stripped of the rank and be put into the missing-nin classification. The strength part was not about Naruto, it was about the fact that chuunin exam has mostly been based on as quoted by the Naruto wiki and is the primary example why Shikamaru became one -
"Chūnin (中忍; Literally meaning "Middle Ninja", Meaning (Viz) "Journeyman Ninja") are ninja who are qualified to guide other ninja and lead missions. Chūnin have reached a level of maturity and ability that primarily consists of leadership skills and tactical prowess." Shikamaru has the leadership and tactical prowess, he is lazy but he has those qualities which is why he got picked to become one despite losing. This makes it quite hard for Naruto to become one, as he is incapable of those skills, he has more then enough strength but as I am trying to say, strength is not the main evaluation point in the chuunin exam, but of course there are exceptions. Him becoming Hokage is a different matter since it is decided by the daimyo and is usually based on strength with other factors deciding it. Kakashi mostly meant it in the physical department, mentally and intelligence wise Kakashi is way ahead.
