I'm looking for a certain yaoi manga.

The story goes like this. It's about this rich guy going to a hotel to look for someone. This rich guy only knows the name of the person he's looking for and thought it was a girl. Then some kid started crying and the manger was about to walk over when that rich guy made the kid stop crying. The rich guy then knew that the manager was who he was looking for and that "she" was actually a guy. The manager was suppose to be of some bloodline and that why the rich guy was looking for her.

I only recall the first chapter being something like this.

If anyone can point me in some direction it'll help greatly. I remember reading it, but am trying to find it again. Thanks alot in advance!
