This manga was in Otakumole, I forgot it's name but I remember the plot...

the plot:
It was a young woman try to get a job at a mansion as a caretaker, a man lives there as some sort of psychologist to discover that the man has a special ability even from a distance, the smell of someone's thoughts, emotions and intentions, however the man is very distrustful of people due to his ability, while the young woman helps him to trust people little by little.
the man inherited this ability from his grandfather, who was the former owner of the mansion he currently lives in.
