I don't know why but it feels like this arc has just been dragging on. It's not like it's long or anything. At least it's not long so far. Maybe it's just that Ken has no idea what's going on still and is just smugly being ready to protect the girls if anything happens. I mean that's his personality.

Of course from the ending of 56 it looks like he's about to find out what's going on with the girls he feels so protective of.

i didn't like it from the very beginning and now it's just pissing me off (i'm at ch61). makes me wonder did the auhor himself come up with this stupid idea or is it the editors brilliant addition? for christ sake this is NOT a harem manga.

bah..

Finally, chapter 70 is one of the reasons I read this manga...I love it

Though I do wish he'd focus less on some...stuff...and more on the plot

Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the fire that burns against the cold, the light that brings the dawn, the horn that wakes the sleepers, the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.
