So I once read this onceshot and I cant recall what it was called.

It went thus, there was once a peculiar rich man that was going around in search of a specific book. he eventually ended up in a town, where there was a village. There was a child in that vilage and she was sure she had the book the man was looking for. Eventually she goes to the man and presents him with the book, he stood there and read it until he finished it. It was the book he was looking for and he "rewarded" her or something.

I remember the end was revealing and touching. Any 1 have any idea what this oneshot might have been?

That sounds really similar to kigeki... But that's a 10 minute anime...
