Does anyone know where I can get some more of Junji Ito's work? You can suggest from anywhere on the internet, or a bookstore, and any other places you know where his works are. After I read Uzumaki, I became hooked...

Tip: you can get links to all of an author's works on their author page Itou Junji. The individual pages should tell you whether or not they've been licensed, and if they have you should be able to pick them up at any manga seller.

It's against the rules to ask for download links/sources for scanlations though.
