I've been helping a friend work on fansubbing Sketchbook full color'S, and got interested in the manga. However, I realized there's a small problem on your DB with this title. You have two manga listed, but they are actually the same manga.

Now, firstly, those are the same manga by Kobako Totan, but also, the official name of the manga is "Sketchbook", while the anime is titled "Sketchbook full color'S"

If you feel the need to verify this info, snoop around the official anime website under "goods" and you will see the 5 volumes (1 - 4 and some special release tankoubon) there. Have a good day!
