Hey i like this manga but i don't get it at all!! What is a harem??

In this case, rather than a bunch of girls, you have a bunch of cute guys ^_^ (I think that's called a reverse harem if I remember correctly).

This manga is actually based of a ds game of the same name. In the game you play as Sakuragawa Hitomi (the manga's main female lead) as you try to help her lose weight while at the same time pursuing the guy of your/her interest. You have a group of potential guys to choose from (which I guess the “harem” description comes from).
