Wow, lotta old-ass memes in here. If we're going the ancient route then one of my faves was always 'Milhouse Is Not A Meme Is A Meme'. 'Sandwich Guy' used to be great but it's hardly used these days.
Most of the new memes are pretty forced and lazy, but that Keanu Reeves one gets me laughing every damn time. And as Revilenigma mentioned, Tony Kornheiser's reaction images are absolutely priceless.
