This girl is running from something, so she goes to a magic school and finds out she has magic, and then there is test involving catching a parrot (or something like that), and she is the only one who catches it.... and then she releases her 'field' for a noble who told her to do it and then she flies up in the air... and then this chicky comes and rescues her by becomes her 'partner'...
