I have completely forgotten the name of this manga:
The main character (uke) can see things by touching them
the seme is his assistant at this "handyman" store.
uke helps his friend, a detective, out by touching a man on the street
uke has a touchphobia/doesn't like to be touched by people (but was okay with the detective touching him)
