I am looking for the name of a supernatural yaoi manga. It takes place in a school were everyone has powers associated with a spirit. One main character has fire powers (Efreet) and the other has water powers (Undine). They work together in some sort of safety/disciplinary committee for the school and stop other students from letting their powers get out of hand. They met when they were young, but did not recognized each other when they met a second time. They originally met when the water character lost control of his powers and fire character helped him out. The fire character is embarrassed about his past self who used to go around helping/saving everyone, so is older self is more aloof.

Does anyone remember what I am talking about? Can you give me the title or author?
