Well, my question is directed to you who clearly love shoujo/josei more than shounen/seinen. I wonder if you have favourite shounen/seinen title, that you like as much as your favourite shoujo/josei and you even can reccomend them to your fellow shoujo/josei lovers friend. Please refrain to list mainstream title like pandora hearts, Katekyou hitman reborn, tokyo ghoul, noragami, etc that clearly has many female reader too. Well, kind of one punch man is permitted, lol.

I was drawn in by the title but I'd like to clarify first that I don't love shoujo/josei more than shounen/ seinen. I don't pay too much to the demographic when selecting a series - I'm far more picky when it comes to substance. My favorite josei is 7 Seeds, and I consider it and Hunter x Hunter, a shounen, to be my favorite manga. When it comes to plot, characters, and narrative, they're incredibly different manga so I find comparisons between the two difficult. However, both stories offer interesting insights into humanity and what makes life worth living.
Of course, HxH is pretty mainstream.
Some series I've really enjoyed that I suspect have fewer female fans are (I'll be careful not to write anything spoiler-worthy):
Real - A seinen slice-of-life story centered around wheelchair basketball and life with a disability. The characters in this one are really great, and there's a lot of deep commentary in the story.
Otoyomegatari - A seinen slice-of-life-in-the-past story that takes place in Central Asia and follows various characters, including a 20 year old woman and a 12 year old boy in an arranged marriage, an adorkable anthropologist from England, and a pampered but lonely wife who spends much of her time removed from the world. I really like the art in this one, and the story's really charming in spite of its somewhat disturbing premise!
Zetman - A... rather dark action/ sci-fi seinen that I'm hesitant to recommend but I think it's awesome and the art is some of the best I've seen in the industry. Lots of surprise and mystery in this one.
Apocalypse no Toride - A shounen about this wimpy kid who gets sent to jail and has three badass (and hot) roommates who prove to be valuable comrades in the zombie apocalypse that soon breaks out. This manga was a joy ride, I inhaled it all in one night lol.
Teppuu - A seinen about women's mixed martial arts that has a badass and unapologetic sadist of a MC named Natsuo. It's a really fun, relatively short read and the female characters are treated with such respect A+ to the author.
Sorry for giving you such a frankenstein of a list, my tastes are pretty diverse and honestly the only thing I can think of that links them all is how well the muscles are drawn??

I love shoujo more than any genre. Shonen is too childish to me, and seinen is fine.
Although romance manga are the most beautiful ones to me, those manga involving the protagonist's mental evolution are undeniably attractive. My favorite, for now, from that genre, is Onani Master Kurosawa. I love the fact that the protagonist's thoughts change through all the manga, it's like so "man yo' finally mature, congrats".

My favorite, favorite manga are josei, closely followed by BL (technically shoujo/josei), then shoujo with of course a lot of overlap. Oishii Kankei, Nodame Cantabile, Kimi wa Pet, Yoshihara Yuki, 7 Seeds, Sakamichi no Apollon, Fruits Basket, Red River, God Child, Tantei Aoneko, Antique Bakery, just to give an idea.
I've tried to read a few seinen, but although I've found one or two I liked (Living Game), none that I've loved as much as those above, and many that just didn't appeal to me. I appreciate a work like Monster, but don't love it. Also ES, which is almost cheating since it is by shoujo author SOURYO Fuyumi. Otoyomegatari is similar to josei, and I like it very much.

Some of my shounen/seinen faves:
One Piece - mainstream, I know. But if you could get pass on that and the many chapters. It's really good (the fact that it's a full blown adventure manga with no romance).
Cooking mangas - Yakitate!! Japan(watch the anime instead), Nobunaga no Chef, Bambino!, Shokugeki no Souma, Hell's Kitchen.
Uchuu Kyoudai (Space Brothers) - Read it, just read it. My profile picture is already saying it. It's literally one of the best mangas ever with character development and very inspiring at that.
Any manga by Asano Inio (Oyasumi PunPun, Solanin) and Takehiko Inoue (Slam Dunk, Real, Vagabond)
Nobunaga Concerto - I'm currently hook on this manga.

Ajin: I love this seinen so much. Kei is the kind of character I enjoy the most. He's highly intelligent and his whole character is very well written from a psychological POV.
I also love Ko, he's the perfect opossite of Kei, and together make a great duo.
Yu-Gi-Oh!: I really love this classic. It's very original and kept me hooked for years. I still re-reading some of my favourites chapters sometimes.
Does Steins;Gate count? It's originally a VN,so... Okay, I'll mention it anyway. I just love this time travel story so much.
Claymore: Badass girls against monsters in a story with a great plot. I love it.
Death Note: Another classic. Another smart guy as the main character.
Shingeki no Kyojin: The story is very original, and Jean and Levi are really well written characters.
Slam Dunk and Kuroko no Basket (yeah! I know the later has a lot of female readers, but I mention it anyway because I love it!). And if I had to mention another titles that are not shoujo/josei, but that have many female readers I'd mention: Aoharu x Kikanjuu because I love Haruki and airsoft (mostly the former XD); and Ballroom e Youkoso.

I love Haru no Noroi, Kimi wa Pet, Skip Beat, Sekine's Love, and a lot more. My seinen/shounen faves are Blade of the Immortal, [m] Zatch Bell [/m], [m] Spirit Circle [/m], and Beastars.

▪I love Dorohedoro "seinen". In this manga the female characters are well developed and have many highlights in action scenes, I really like it when women are valued in this respect. All the characters are very friendly and very fun. It is a mixture of horror and comedy and the author is a woman.
There's a bit of romance in the manga and I really like couples. <3
▪Made in abyss: This manga is very good, I love the characters and as the plot surprised me.
Nanachi, character of this manga is one of my favorite characters. <3

My all time favorite manga is probably
Yakusoku no Neverland And despite loving shoujo/josei nothing beats that one. It probably helps a bit too that the art is very shoujo-ish.

I probably love shounen as much as I love shoujo since I grew up reading and watching both. I'm particularly fond of sports anime and manga the most when it comes to shounen but I read and watch anything honestly.
Some of my favorite shounen & seinen: One Piece, Fullmetal Alchemist, Attack on Titan, Bakuman, Jujutsu Kaisen, Gantz, Kono Oto Tomare, Kamisama no Iutoori Ni, One Punch Man, Goblin Slayer, Shaman King, Fire Force, etc.
Special mentions to my favorite sports shounen mangas/animes: Eyeshield21, Blue Lock, Slam Dunk, Ashita no Joe, Shamo, Rikudou, Haikyuu, Kuroko's Basketball, Shakunetsu Kabaddi (this is my newest one the anime just started), etc. <333

I generally read anything that catches my attention, whether it's shoujo, josei, shounen or seinen doesn't really matter to me. However, I do have to admit that while I read more josei and shoujo oriented content, most of my fav stuff is seinen.
For reference, josei/shoujo manga I enjoy are: Yona of the Dawn, Otome Monster Caramelize , Kakuriyo no yadomeshi, The Great Wish, Futari no Renai Shoka, Ginzatoushi to Kuro no Yousei, Roxana
As for seinen/shounen stuff (and my favourites):
I absolutely adore Gintama, hands down one of the best seinen I have ever read. Another all time favourite is Mushishi.
From the more popular stuff I love Kusuriya no Hitorigoto, Spy x Family, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaguya-sama: Love is war, Mairimashita! Iruma-kun, Chainsaw Man.
Some stuff that is not as well known Like a Butterfly (Hun), Witch Hat Atelier, Skip to Loafer, Gunka no Baltzar, Kowloon Generic Romance
As a bonus I will add a complete wild card that I did NOT expect to end up enjoying as much as I did, which is Arakure Ojousama wa Monmon Shiteiru. Like, based on the first couple of chapters you'd expect this to be some toxic borderline p*rn, which I mean, understandable, but it also has some pretty damn good character development and mature portrayal of female sexuality, which admittedly was definitely something I did not see coming from a manga with this premise.
