A few years ago, I read the first chapter of this manga where a guy suddenly wakes up into his body as a kid (with his partner sleeping next to him). The chapter ends with either his brother or his brother-in-law ringing the doorbell to pay a visit. I think the MC and his lover were panicking because the brother/brother-in-law didn't know about their relationship, and didn't know how to explain how he suddenly transformed? I can't remember if the MC was the seme or the uke.

Does anyone know this manga? It's been so long and I still wanna know what happens next, but I can't remember the title! ╥﹏╥
