Defining a vol vs. oneshot for ebook releases

A mod has changed one of the titles I worked on from a volume to a oneshot. The series I'm inquiring is The Erotic Fairy Tales: The Star Money. They've also locked it.
Each chapter is short ranging from 15-25 pages but they are still considered chapters. Even if one volume ranges from 2-3 chapters in the Fairy Tale Series.
An example is The Little Mermaid which has 2 chapters per 'volume' along with Red Riding Hood and many of the other series.
The publishers and ebook sites states they are volumes. I would like to keep it that way.
Many erotic series that are only released in ebook format follow this method of 2 chapters per volume.
I would like The Star Money to be changed back to a volume and chapters 1 and 2 instead of 'parts'.
If the mods disagree then I suggest changing all of the Erotic Series to parts and oneshots to be consistent.

Based on my observations, these so-called volumes are more of issues than volumes. I say anywhere of more than or around 120 pages (or what a typical tankoubon contains) would define a title being a volume. Anywhere less than that, particularly titles that are around 25 pages or 50 pages, a oneshot.

Even though publishers and ebook sites defines them at volumes and chapters?
What if the mangaka decides to start Star Money like she did with Black? Black was one 1 volume with 2 short chapters then she went and did a second volume with 1 long chapter. How would I then title those?
Regardless of what you prefer please change all the Erotic titles then to be consistent. My group will continue to condenser them as volumes and chapters in our releases.
