All I can say is that I am kinda sad, especially since the mangaka said that he may or may not continue the series. I have been waiting patiently for each chapter, and it hurts to see this series go on hiatus while we're in the middle of a tournament.

manga will be continued in the "evening" magazine by kodansha in march, not in shueisha anymore

Lol.. the typical pattern.
When Shueisha screws up Kodansha comes on stage. Ironically this tend to happen with titles that have some quality.
I guess neither of the companies wants to get rid of their "slogans" of current hit titles (Shueisha) and legendary titles (Kodansha). 🤣
