R u surprised that the author who took 650 chapters to get his chars to the halfway checkpoint is taking things slow? Not that I'm complaing about it tho 😛 .

Idd, without dropping quality if i might add! Id rather he keep up doing it at the pace hes comfortable with rather than take a 380° and give us all a facepalm, speedy pace does not equal a good manga looks at several other titles (use your imagination)

The new arc did felt kinda rush, but this might be Oda's way of setting it up.

Still looking forward to see the interaction between the Straw Hats and Smoker at some point.
