Snow is only fun if it's not a blizzard and you're not the one responsible for shoveling it away from the walkway

I still remember being 8 and my aunt sitting me down and explaining about how Santa wasn't real. All along I was thinking 'but I'll still get presents right?'.

Yes, I believed in Santa. Like most kids I eventually figured out he didn't exist on my own.
There was a blizzard here last year. It was interesting for the first couple days, but the novelty wore off when the government couldn't be bothered to clear the streets for weeks.

It's the same for rain.

Snow is the most fun if you're running around in the evening, when it's dark, singing christmas songs on the street. It's just not the same without snow xD and luckily I only had to shovel snow once this year so far, though it might increase soon...

See, what I want to know is, what happened to Santa during the Red Scare? Anyone else wondering? Huh?
Snow is definitely not fun when you go to church when it's totally clear outside, and then come out in a full blizzard and at least six inches of snow piling up (and the car happens to get stuck after going uphill...).

Well, I believed Santa existed when I was younger. After reading the famous letter, "Yes, Virginia" I do believe in Santa to some extent. It just brightens up the holidays, you know?
I'd rather snow than extremely cold weather. You can shovel and get rid of cold, plus it's kind holiday themed, but there's nothing to do with cold.

Whoops, meant "snow" in that last sentence there.
