When i'm filtering manga during an advanced search, I'm checking "Only Show Manga not on any of my lists", but it's showing at least 150-200 series that ARE on my lists.

How large are your lists? Unfortunately it only excludes the first X amount of items. I can't remember what X is, but it's something like 2000 or 10000 or something.
