Hey I'm looking for some yaoi recommendations, specifically where one of the couple is deaf or has hearing problems, like in Sign. A plus if it's a webcomic but would love manga too. Thanks!

I highly recommend I Hear the Sunspot! It's a slow burn, but has a satisfying build. There are several deaf characters and it really opened my eyes up to the deaf community and the difficulties they face. https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/0rwzo1n/hidamari-ga-kikoeru

Some other titles I haven't read yet, but you might like are:

The "Jouzetsuna Yubi" story in Urahara to Dilemma features a character who becomes almost entirely deaf after an accident. It features a bit of sign language, as well as a portrayal of said character's life and mindset (as much as a oneshot allows).
