So I remember that two kids (a girl and a boy) were talking to their landlady(or female landlord, I dunno. My English's not that advanced) about rent, who then goes to the kitchen for a while. The girl then comments to the boy if he thinks the landlord is attractive, and then they have sex. The landlady then walks in and she drops to the floor. The girl then makes the boy have sex with the landlady.

After he's finished, the landlady then (via magic of the girl) becomes a futanari after growing a dong and then she has sex with the girl. I don't remember whether the guy was involved in this scene. After that, some babbling about eternal youth and then a guy shows up at the door, to find a enourmous mist and the house empty, nothing but the girl inside.

The second one is much more simpler to describe. Three boys are at a pool, when one of them gets caught by a crazy naked woman running (this is presented in a comedic light). After the security guards catch them, the boy offers to escort her home, and in the way, the woman seduces the boy into filthy alley sex(this goes on for a good 10 or so pages). After they are finished the other two boys catch them.
