I’m looking for a manga that I can buy as a gift for my niece who is a biological male transitioning as a trans woman. She is 19 years old and loves to read, she’s read a few mangas so I figured she would be delighted to see a manga about a transwomen, any suggestions?

btw. I know Boys run the riot is about a trans boy and then I saw wandering son which is about a trans girl but appears very young. If you know any that are preferably more mature that would be nice. Thank you

I Wanna Be Your Girl which features a trans woman just recently started to be published in English! It's a really great series, you can even get it in hardcover if you want.

There's also The Bride Was a Boy which is more autobiographical but also very good.
