Ajin:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Sato, the antagonist, is a psychopath who uses his intellect for strategy and war games. He absolutely doesn't care about anyone. He just wants to have fun no matter the consequences. A well-written psycho.

[Cheese in a trap]
The ML Jung fits your description perfectly, although he never kills anyone or does anything outrageous, he is still hinted at being psychopathic by the author continually. He feels no remorse and often manipulates people to best suit his desires, while at the same time never actually getting his hands dirty or feeling guilt/remorse for his actions. Even though he is the ML he still perplexes the readers continually as even 4 seasons in it hardly reveals his reasoning behind his actions, that's not to say he is not a developed character, rather he is, the author just portrays him in such a way keeping him a complete mystery. He is a control freak who manipulates the situation and users the people around him like puppets to achieve what he desires, he does this on many occasions within the series which truly makes him an interesting and mysterious character, even after his past is slowly revealed. If you look up whether Jung is a sociopath from cheese in a trap on Quora, you will find an excellent, better worded discussion on the matter, proving he truly is one.
