We are currently seeking redrawers, translators(Especially those well versed in historical content), and quality checkers for our series

The responsibilities of our roles are as follows:

Redrawer - erasing text and sfx and redrawing the original images underneath.
Duties of translator - translate from Chinese to english directly onto the comic pages. Translating chapter titles. Adding sfx in the proper font and colours.
Quality checker - The role is quality checker is one of the utmost importance and the person who applies for it must be a jack of all trades to some extent. Previous experience is preferred.
The responsibilities of the quality checker are as follows:
Fixing all grammar errors and rewriting odd-sounding sentences while still maintaining the meaning of the original
Aligning the text to fit more cleanly in the text bubble (generally in a diamond shape but may be rectangular depending on the bubble)
Fixing minor cleaning issues and issues with the compilation of the pages
Altering sfx to more closely resemble the original
Other miscellaneous duties dependent on the series

The ideal quality checker has superb english skills, good at creative writing and a keen eye for detail. You must also have an intimate knowledge of the series you are quality checking for (must have read all translated chapters). The test for quality checkers will be extensive.

Volunteers with no experience are welcome but you must have access to a computer which can download the image editing software we use (free). Please do NOT apply if you only have a cellphone and no computer.

It is preferred if volunteers are able to contribute at least 1 chapter per week but I understand if something comes up.
