first of all sorry for my bad grammar/english !

I really want to read this manga again . I don't remember if it a side-story or not but the manga I looking for has/have a younger seme and older uke. the uke work as a novelist I think. As far as I remember, the seme and the uke met at a bar. they both get drunk and get a ring-tattoo(?) . I think the seme also sleep around with women that give him money and he use it to buy drugs. ahhhhhh ... and the seme came from another country(I think) and they fed kids drugs to stop them crying. also I think the seme has been in love with the uke since he was a kid.

that's all I can remember . I hope anyone know the manga. I've been searching it for two days and I suppose to study for my final exam yet I am here. please help me !
