Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew where Initial D Anime is up to in terms of the manga, that is, if they even have the same story

Stage 4 of the anime leaves off at about the end of volume 31. The anime follows the manga very faithfully with only a few exceptions to my knowledge.

Can somebody correct the releases number for the last 4 chapter?
I do not know how.
